INTOPIC藍芽滑鼠抓不到

電腦規格：WIN7 64位元
滑鼠規格：UFO-MSW-BT260

問題：在電腦重灌之前，我是可以正常使用這個滑鼠的，但是不知道何故，更新後反而一直抓不到，我用我爸的電腦去抓，是正常可以使用的，想請教一下各位先進，到底是哪裡出了問題？我又要怎麼檢查呢？
