Win7電腦一直藍頻

電腦再度掛點......= =

作業系統 : Windows 7 家用進階版
CPU : Intel Core i5-2450M, 2.5GHz
記憶體 : 8G
檔案系統 : NTFS

問題在於有時我沒做甚麼事，檔案也沒開很多，

CPU也沒飆破100%，但電腦還是藍頻，重新開機。

有時甚至沒有藍頻，直接重新開機。

請問這是什麼問題呢？
