大家好，最近得到兩家國務業務Offer，不曉得該如何選擇，想請教大家意見。本身是私立大學英文系剛畢業，無工作經驗，多益950。公司 A.電子零件廠(石英振盪器) B.電腦周邊製造業(主要是顯示卡) 資本額 3億未上市 7億已上市薪資 30K 前三個月26K,三個月後28K 底薪23.5K+全勤1.5K+業績獎金5K 無業績獎金若業績沒達到標準，獎金就是0元調薪未必每年調薪年中年底依表現調薪年終無保障年終(依表現) 無保障年終(依表現) 交通(住家裡) 騎車15分鐘火車含等車30分鐘上班時間 8小時責任制 8小時責任制休假周休二日周休二日 ======================================================================== 不曉得大家覺得哪家比較好謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.85.201
