新北首例　阿嬤掏10萬積蓄助復康巴士營運

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市復康巴士數量達249輛，高居全國第一位，去年服務人次近40萬人，常有企業主或善心團體捐贈車輛，但有一位家住新店的黃顏阿嬤(80歲)，日前有感於市長朱立倫因母親過世而捐車紀念的故事，也想要出一份心力，但因積蓄有限無法買下上看百萬的車輛下，改而捐贈營運費用10萬元，其經營動物醫院的兒子黃呈超得知，也行孝加碼5萬元完成母親心願，社會局長李立圳出面代收，兩人也成為新北市第一個捐贈營運費用的人士。
