我的體質一直容易發胖
可能也跟我年齡有關(33歲懷孕)
生完小孩後體重持續上升
我嘗試過減肥餐
但是一頓飯就忙了半天
效果又不明顯
改用中藥
卻喝藥喝到想吐
我幾乎要認命讓自己胖一輩子
但是我不想要跟老公出門逛街
老公卻看旁邊女人
我堅持要讓自己瘦下來
我決定認真找減重方式
我看到一位小姐瘦了20公斤
我非常興奮
我決定試看看配合減肥
透過食物營養和熱量控制方式瘦身
瘦了15公斤的肥肉
實現了我窈窕美麗的夢想
氣色也變得非常好
我終於可以體會認真的女人最美了
