陸銀破產條例快了 存款忙搬家

大陸研擬推出銀行破產條例，不少民眾最近忙著「存款搬家」。但存款保險條例也將推出，若陸銀倒閉，由保險機構賠付存款戶，但有賠付上限。

綜合中國大陸媒體今天報導，大陸官方正研擬經營不善銀行的退場機制，大陸銀行業監督管理委員會副主席閻慶民日前說，正醞釀加快推出銀行破產條例。

閻慶民指出，「未來要讓市場說話、讓資本說話，如果商業銀行最後資不抵債，就會退出。」

這項新政策引發陸媒廣泛探討，並引述中國人民銀行（大陸央行）副行長劉士餘去年底預測，存款保險制度落地的時間「不在今年冬天，或許就在明年春天」。

根據大陸央行初步研擬，實施存款保險制度後，若存款戶在單一銀行存款不高於50萬元，可獲全額賠償；若超過50萬元以上，超出部分可能按比例賠付或者不賠付。
