餐廳名稱：包好吃碳烤鹽酥雞 消費時間：2014年/1月 地址：台北市中山區興安街68-4號 推薦菜色：碳烤雞排 網誌圖文好讀版： http://cookiesisterlo.pixnet.net/blog/post/344786576 今天本來要去吃M-flo提及的世貿知味館麵食， 不過阿左左工作比較晚了，八九點想說再過去怕他又刷地了！ 所以改在公司附近吃個家常麵，不小心就買了這個超肥胖的東西>55、雞排烤的55->60、雞腿烤的60->70 碳烤雞排 （60大洋） 這就是我們今天的主角啦！ 吼喔....烤肉醬烤過的雞排，帶點酥脆皮外加上白芝麻！ 阿餅餅知道他很胖很胖 / ___ \ 但真的很好吃耶... 瞧那雞排的邊邊角角，有一點肥油有沒有看到， 吃起來很juicy呀！脆口又不膩，烤肉醬味道又香甜！真好吃 肉的厚度有阿餅餅細長手指頭的小拇指前端的寬度 肉吃起來有一點厚度的部分也不會柴...配上上面油亮亮的皮！ 我想會乖乖吃雞上面皮的時候，也只有碳烤雞排的時候吧！ 應該沒啥人會抗拒才對>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.48.118
