美國軍方醜聞不斷，近期再傳出美國空軍有負責飛彈發射的多名軍官，涉及在能力測試作業中作弊，目前已有34人遭停職。

據了解，蒙大拿州馬姆斯卓空軍基地(Malmstrom Air Force Base)，有34名負責飛彈發射的軍官疑似在每月一次的能力測試上，以手機簡訊方式相互作弊。

美國空軍部長詹姆斯(Deborah Lee James)表示，涉及參與作弊的軍官，測驗成績將會作廢，也導致約2百人要重新接受測試。不過，詹姆斯強調，此作弊事件並不會影響核武安全。

另外，日前美軍也傳出軍官涉及非法持有毒品等情事，有6個基地共11名軍官涉案，其中包含2名涉入作弊醜聞的軍官在內。而此次的作弊事件也是在調查非法持有毒品案時所曝光。
