護理人員法今三讀 監督條例周五再協商

立法院臨時會原訂今天處理兩岸協議監督條例草案復議案，但在野黨霸占主席台，朝野協商一整天沒有共識；民進黨團幹事長蔡其昌表示，復議案周五將再度協商，今天院會僅通過護理人員法第24條修正草案，隨後宣布散會。

蔡其昌表示，民進黨團希望救災優先，不要急著處理爭議法案，但國民黨團不願退讓，雙方無法達成共識，因此擬定周五再度協商。然而周五也是第二次臨時會最後一天，蔡其昌坦言，復議案恐來不及處理了。

至於是否會開第三次臨時會處理高雄氣爆特別條例，蔡其昌表示，黨團一向不反對任何有助救災、重建事宜，但要看特別條例的內容為何，不能說很多法令都有規範，還硬要訂定特別法，所以要開也要先確定內容。
