各位版友大家好，小弟目前任職於彰化的國貿公司，目前要徵新同仁， 想請教各位這樣的薪資結構是否合理，請大家撥冗不吝指教，謝謝！ -- 職務類別：國貿業務人員 工作待遇：起薪30,000～38,000，另有年度簽約金及業績獎金。 工作性質：全職 上班地點：彰化縣彰化市 出差外派：需出差，每次依地點五天至兩週不等，出差地點：大陸工廠、日本、美國。 上班時段：日班 休假制度：週休二日 可上班日：隨時 需求人數：2 人 語文要求：托福、全民英檢中高級、托福860分以上三者擇一。 日文二級以上通過另有加給。 薪資：起薪NT$30,000，保證至少年領13個月。 全民英檢中高級複試通過 或 托福950分以上月加給NT$3,000， 日文二級以上通過另再月加給NT$5,000。 簽約金：共簽約三年。首年為業務助理，次年起需獨立作業成為業務人員。 第一年 NT$ 30,000 第二年 NT$ 60,000 第三年 NT$120,000 備註：簽約金於任職期滿當年年底隨年終發放。 如103/09/01到職 104/09/01屆滿一年，則於104年底隨當年年終發放。 業績獎金：代工事業之應收帳款，扣除代墊費用後總業績額之1%。 老闆徵人徵的急，還請大家多多指教 ^^" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.197.209 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409186576.A.19E.html
