我阿公被電信公司誤導辦了網路方案

如提，我阿公80歲，我沒跟阿公同住，某天我去他家，發現他換了一隻觸控手機，問他怎麼有，他說電信送的，後來又問阿公的阿媽，他說阿公費用變很高要我幫忙看一下，我一看發現多了一個3G網路費，阿嬤就說阿公被騙了，不過也繳了幾個月了。

我想問的是有什麼方法可以幫阿公要回多繳的網路費嗎?

阿公還說觸控不好用要送我，不過那是最爛的型號，又是亞X電信，其他電信都不能用，只好婉拒他了。
我真的覺得電信的人實在太可惡了，這樣騙老人家的錢。
