【更新】政院遭打臉！交長：Juiker無執照

立委楊麗環關心首長使用LINE通訊軟體是否會涉及機密公務外洩的問題。交通部葉匡時表示，他有在使用LINE，但只要涉及公務機密都不會用LINE，用LINE大部份的公務都屬公告性質的訊息，沒有問題。

葉匡時強調，手機容易被駭，小米機被發現有部份機型會把用戶個資回傳到中國北京，搞不好iPhone也有相同功能，公務員要有警覺心，不會用手機，或是用一般市話談機密公務，所有機密的公務都要當面談，公家機關也有特殊保密的電話可使用。

此外，葉匡時表示，交通部的機房都放在中華電信，工研院研發的Juiker，因沒有第二類電信業者執照，沒有線上通話功能，因此他未使用。

隨後上台質詢的葉宜津提醒葉匡時，部長在國會殿堂不能信口開河，亂猜測iPhone也跟小米機一樣，小心iPhone來提告。(陳如嬌／台北報導)
