成大防火中心前組長違著作遭起訴

徐姓男子原為成大防火中心組長，後來轉任中部某私立大學防火中心主任，卻涉嫌未經成大同意，存取成大防火中心實驗報告，改成為不實的實驗報告書，並編成計畫書，以該私大名義向營建署申請成為試驗指定機構獲准，案經成大發現訴請偵辦。台南地檢署今天依違反著作權法、偽造文書等罪嫌將徐提起公訴。
