柯P臉書宣傳罷免　選委會：有人檢舉會去認定

台北市長柯文哲在臉書發文，內容有提到「2/14情人節大家可以在投開票所約會！」另外也加入藏頭詩「罷免要過半」，台北市選舉委員會副總幹事黃細明表示，宣傳罷免投票只要有鼓勵罷免或阻止罷免的相關文字，就可能構成違法問題，一旦有人檢舉，就會送至選委會的監察小組認定，如有違法可依《選罷法》開罰10萬至100萬。

黃細明說，罷免的時間和地點已經確定，如果加上「請大家踴躍」或者「鼓勵」等字眼，就可能構成違法。至於柯臉書提到「2/14情人節大家可以在投開票所約會！」黃則直言用語並不適當。（政治中心／台北報導）
