受刑人下達三通牒　要求2：30給答案否則玉石俱焚

高雄大寮監獄11日受刑人挾持事件，主嫌鄭立德與其他5名受刑人，挾持典獄長陳世志與戒護科長王世倉，鄭立德因與竹聯幫大老「白狼」張安樂是舊識，張安樂凌晨與鄭立德通話，並下達最後三項通牒。

鄭立德下達的三項通牒：第一、讓張安樂帶2瓶高梁酒進去，6個受刑人喝完酒後，和2名人質跟著張安樂出去棄械投降；第二、讓警方進來帶酒給6個受刑人喝，隨便什麼人、什麼酒都行，喝完後會自殺；第三、如果2點半以前都不答應這些要求，那就火併，人質全毀。
