請問有關手機sim卡和記憶卡轉換的問題

門號一直都是使用中華電信

99/11購買Nokia C6-00手機

昨晚換新手機htc desire 200

請店員幫我安裝sim卡和記憶卡

結果當晚我從聯絡人中欲挑選撥打電話的對象

沒想到連絡人流失

應該是說

99年加入的聯絡人都還在

100年101年102年新加入的聯絡人都消失不見了

問題是

99年加入的聯絡人

我在100年都刪掉了

為何還會再出現

反而100年101年102年加入的聯絡人

都不見了

請問為何會如此
