才上任六天的國防部長楊念祖因文章抄襲案下台，立委管碧玲質疑總統馬英九不挺楊念祖，今天上午十點在高雄市服務處召開記者會就此表達看法。

管碧玲說，馬總統身為國家領導人、三軍統帥，不應該用這種方式領導國家、讓國家陷入動盪。
