　　雖然今年七月中知名遊戲廠商 EPIC GAMES 才宣布了《無盡之劍：地下城》（Infinity Blade： Dungeons）計畫胎死腹中的消息，讓許多支持者（包括小編！）大失所望。不過今天又來了個振奮人心的好消息，那就是《無盡之劍 3》或許很快就能與我們見面。

　　其實，這個消息的來源，是來自於一名 ChAIR Entertainment 的高級遊戲測試員，他在 LinkedIn 這個網站上開出一份遊戲測試清單，其中就包括了「Infinity Blade 3 for the iPhone」的字樣。由此推測《無盡之劍 3》不僅在製作中，甚至已經到了足以已經進入測試階段的一定完成度。

　　回顧《無盡之劍》過去的歷史，會發現和蘋果的新機種推出是脫離不了關係的－在 iPhone 4 的發布會上，蘋果為了展現 Retina 視網膜功能的效果，便以當時 iOS 上首款以 Unreal Engine 3 引擎編寫的《無盡之劍》來做展示。iPhone 4S 推出時，也以《無盡之劍 2》來做示範。《無盡之劍 3》的名稱曝光，結合 iPhone 5S 將在近期發表的消息，讓人也滿心期待能在不久的未來，看到這款 iOS 上頗具代表性的系列新作問世。
