針對環保署8月初預公告的「開發行為應實施環境影響評估細目及範圍認定標準部分條文」，由於修正項目對環境及水資源破壞極大，台灣水資源保育聯盟今天串連多個環保團體，至北市府陳情，請擔任過環保署長的市長郝龍斌，應為台北市飲用水安全著想，保護翡翠水庫集水區，反對環評不當修法。

翡翠水庫管理局長劉銘龍表示，翡管局除派員參加歷次公聽會外，也發函給環保署表達反對法令鬆綁立場，他表示，一旦翡翠水庫保護區農路開發鬆綁，下大雨恐成水路，可能將大量土石沖刷到水庫，減損水庫壽命。
