軍方內鬥提供線索？爆料者朱政麟否認

【綜合報導】民進黨台北市黨部執行長朱政麟今天出面說明，當初向《壹週刊》投書楊念祖涉嫌抄襲的始末。

朱政麟說，得知楊念祖擔任國防部長後，開始找他的著作來看，發現他的論文中，大量提及「信息」戰，而非台灣慣用語「資訊」戰。追找原文發現，中國原文中還有引述原作者的看法，但楊的論文卻全刪除，因此認為他抄襲，而向媒體投書。

朱政麟強調是自己發現問題，並非軍方或他人提供，更駁斥和軍方有特別關係。
