何江忠等3人：皆未用手機和外界聯絡

涉及洪仲丘凌虐致死案的前542旅副旅長何江忠、前旅部連長徐信正、前旅部連上士范佐憲等3人，先前被高等軍事法院交保，經軍檢抗告成功，今晚重開羈押庭。審判長李中和詢問3人目前手機使用狀況。

何江忠說，原先使用的亞太手機已關機不使用，主要目的是斷絕與原先部隊所有的通聯，目前申請亞太預付卡使用，並只有和妻子和第六軍團作戰處長聯絡，家中電話一律由妻子接聽，手機也一律紀錄備查。

徐信正則說，他的手機不會接聽也不會撥出去，至於家中電話，因目前尚未回家不會接到任何電話。

范佐憲表示，他的手機只有接聽家人來電，打電話也只有和家人聯絡，其餘電話從未撥出，但目前他很少和家人聯絡，在接通電話時均要由營輔導長紀錄備查。
