李克強指數稍春燕 陸股早盤狂拉

陸股今日表現驚人，早盤開低，午盤卻狂拉作收，滬深兩市狂漲逾3%之上，帶動台股士氣大振。萬寶投顧總經理蔡明璋解釋，上證指數上半年大跌13%位列全球最低，但7月經濟數據卻意外亮眼，PMI、進出口、工業生產等一路走揚，再加上大陸昨公布7月用電量年增8.8%，呼應以「鐵路運輸量、用電量、銀行貸款發放量」為主要觀察點的「李克強指數」傳好消息，證明大陸經濟回暖，消息拉動今石油類權值股暴漲，拉抬指數齊升。

蔡明璋說，中國經濟前景看旺，今日陸股反應明顯，而美國雖公布良好的經濟數據，但因距離QE攤牌倒數，美股無奈重挫，資金流出美股、流入新興市場下，也為陸股帶來動能。
