《Reuters》報導，受今日報導指出，烏克蘭政府軍與俄國裝甲部隊正面衝突影響，布蘭特原油與美國輕原油期貨均上漲。

根據烏克蘭總統府網站新聞稿，烏國總統波若申科 (Petro Poroshnko) 向英國首相卡麥隆 (David Cameron) 表示，昨夜烏軍火砲擊毀跨過烏俄邊界的俄國裝甲車。

俄國則否認有派出任何部隊進入烏克蘭領土，並指控基輔當局正阻撓俄國人道救援計畫，阻止救援物資送達東烏克蘭戰場。

10 月布蘭特原油期貨上漲超過 1 美元，收在每桶 103.36 美元，盤中一度接近 104 美元。

10 月美國輕原油期貨上漲 1.77 美元，收在每桶 97.35 美元，漲幅 1.85%。

國際原油期貨價格仍較上週下跌近 1%，連續四週走低，因近期新聞報導指出，石油輸出國 OPEC 原油產量來到 5 個月以來新高，且利比亞產量亦增加、油港可望重新開放運作；美國官方資料亦顯示，美國商用原油庫量增加，影響油價漲勢。
