庇護難民 土國籲敘邊界設緩衝區

土耳其總統厄多岡26日再度強調，希望在敘利亞境內的國界邊緣，設立一個「緩衝區」。他表示，希望這個受到國際社會監控的禁飛區，能成為難民的庇護所。

土耳其政府統計，目前已有至少16萬名敘利亞難民，為了躲避恐怖組織「伊斯蘭國」，從敘利亞邊界城市科巴尼鎮（Kobani）逃進土耳其。

土耳其因為擔心與「伊斯蘭國」掛勾的組織，不願明白加入各國對抗伊斯蘭國的陣線，西方社會也批評，就是因為土耳其在敘利亞三年半的內戰中，沒有管控好自己的國界，才讓「伊斯蘭國」成員得以自由進出、壯大聲勢。
