為藝術開心房 身障揮筆重展生命

為了讓身心障礙者的藝術創作能被更多人看到，新北市文化局從1日至13日止，在新北藝文中心舉辦「揮灑畫筆‧展現所能」聯展，這次參展的40位參展人中，有20位是身障者，聯展的策展人蔡啟海表示，每位身心障礙者都有他獨特的天分與潛力，只要給予耐心和鼓勵，幫助他們克服先天障礙，一定也能好好學習，擁有一技之長。

因此，蔡老師利用走動式教學及遠距視訊教學，讓更多身心障礙者能就近學習「畫」出心中的「話」，藉此走出家門，增進與人互動的機會。
