軍法官轉律師　可少闖1關

【綜合報導】立院修法通過，將承平時期現役軍人犯罪回歸一般司法機關偵審，可能引發軍法官轉職潮，法務部今天表示，軍法官若想轉任律師，可免考第一試。
 
根據「中央社」報導，法務部表示，想拿律師執照須闖2關，根據高考律師考試規則，經過軍法官考試及格，並曾任相當於薦任職軍法官6年以上，可申請第1試免試，直接考第2試。
 
第1試的題型為選擇題，涵蓋憲法、行政法、刑法、刑事訴訟法、國際公法、國際私法、法律倫理、民法等等15個範疇，第2試的題型除了國文有選擇題，其餘科目都是申論題，科目包含民法與民事訴訟法、刑法與刑事訴訟法、商事法、國文。
 
有法界人士表示，早年軍法官可直接轉任律師或公職行政人員。
