【實習記者張庭瑜／台北報導】基隆市長張通榮彈劾案未通過，親民黨副秘書長劉文雄爆料，恐與監委曾三度與張通榮餐敘有關。劉文雄上午舉行記者會說，據了 解，在監察院討論彈劾案時，有1到2位監委在會議中表示，張通榮到警察局去拍桌是在表演給當事人看。劉質疑，女警被甩耳光以及當事人酒駕都是事實，若說張 拍桌是表演，「那監獄大概可以少90%的人。」

劉文雄也爆料，審查張通榮案過程中，有些監委也不滿，為什麼一定要通過彈劾，要讓提案人表演？故意投下反對票。劉感嘆，監察院應該是看公平正義，怎麼會有情緒在之中？劉還說，監察院內院長不滿監委、監委不滿院長、監委間互相也不滿；「內鬥比外鬥還厲害，乾脆廢了算了」。
