【李定宇／新北報導】中國旅遊法本月1日上路，由於規定導遊不可指定購物場所、強迫購物、不能安排付費行程，因此外界認為旅遊法將沖擊陸客來台人數。移民署今日表示，據陸客來台統計顯示，從9月28日至10月2日止，團體及自由行陸客來台人數計57027人，比去年同期40661人多出3成。
 
移民署指出近期陸客來台人數增加，主要受中國十一長假帶動觀光熱潮，並非外界指低價團趕赴10月1日大陸旅遊法實施前送件。
