美國今日公布9月就業報告，顯示就業成長健康，且失業率下降。

但另一方面，薪資則見停滯，勞動力參與率亦告下降。

這份就業報告，其實正是股市老手所樂見。

強勁的就業成長，意味經濟成長--至少在美國--將會持續。

同時，薪資缺少成長，將能避免Fed急於升息，一旦升息，時間也會延後。

同樣重要的是，利率未升，薪資未成長，企業支出將受限，有利獲利。

對一般美國人而言，這份報告未必最佳。

但對美國股市而言，卻似乎再好不過。
