適合長輩用得電信網網路方案?

最近家裡長輩看到我們都在用智慧型手機LINE來賴去的，也開始想要跟進，
目前長輩的手機還是用最傳統的一般型手機，這次打算幫她把手機也換成大螢幕的手機，或平板給他使用。
問一下他的需求，他可能只會用來LINE或看一下網路股票而已，電話通常都是我們打給他，他手機都是拿來接聽的，所以希望找個資費便宜的給他用，太貴用不到這麼多也只是在繳給電信上賺。
不知有哪些方案可以推薦嗎?
