平面媒體報導，去年8月海協會副會長鄭立中，由頂新集團邀請農委會主委陳保基作陪，至台北101總部商談農產品互銷，引發譁然。民進黨立委李俊俋今（17）日召開記者會痛批，頂新能成為兩岸紅頂商人，因為在台灣有馬英九總統當門神，對岸更有海協會副會長鄭立中，與國台辦副主任龔清概代言。然而，今年龔清概與鄭立中數次訪台行程，除陳保基作陪外，是否有其他官員作陪？參與記者會的陸委會官員尷尬不願正面回應。

李俊俋今日公開龔清概與鄭立中日前訪台的行程，包括今年8月，龔清概來台了解台灣農漁產業，前往參訪的是頂新彰化成美園區；9月鄭立中來台，同樣赴頂新集團園區。李俊俋質疑，這兩位陸方官員來台的相關行程安排，是否與本來案排的行程名不符實？

對此，參與記者會的陸委會專委魯仲尼表示，龔清概與鄭立中訪台皆有依事先申報行程完成參訪活動，「目前」未發現有擅自變更行程，從事不符許可目的的行程。

李俊俋問，除農委會主委陳保基作陪的行程外，龔清概與鄭立中另兩次訪台的行程有無其他官員參與？魯仲尼則尷尬跳針回應，相關活動皆屬「民間團體」邀請，詳細情況不清楚，至於是否有台灣官員隨行，「還要再了解」。
