歐記健保簽署美眾議員提告政府

史上頭一遭！美國眾議院共和黨議員，21日就歐巴馬總統簽署健保法，正式對政府提起告訴。

共和黨表示，在歐巴馬健保法下，未來10年將從國庫帳戶中非法轉讓約1750億美元給保險公司，政府機構包括財政部和衛生部，不但違法也違憲，而國會還沒有就這項計畫進行撥款。
