12歲男童拿假槍揮舞美警開槍擊斃

美國俄亥俄州一名12歲男童，22日在遊樂區玩時，突然拿出玩具手槍揮舞，由於看起來很像真槍，嚇得民眾趕緊報案，最後這名男童遭到警察開槍打傷，隔天傷重不治。

當時趕到現場的警方要求男童高舉雙手，但這時男童卻伸手拿槍作勢要開槍，導致警方開槍反擊。事後警方發現這是把玩具槍，但用來分辨手槍真假的「橘紅色槍口」的安全標示被移除，使得當下無法判斷槍支真假，才會釀成悲劇，兩名開槍的警察也遭到停職調查。
