柯辦竊聽疑案 彭姓幕僚改令無保請回

檢方偵辦柯文哲辦公室竊聽疑案，將柯辦幕僚彭盛韶轉列被告並令三萬元交保，但稍早時又改令他無保請回、限制住居。彭在律師陪同下離開地檢署時受訪，他聲稱自己是清白的，事前與兩名徵信業者並不認識，所有通聯、對話都是業務上往來。

【中央社／台北22日電】北檢偵辦無黨籍台北市長候選人柯文哲辦公室控遭竊聽案，今晚撤銷柯辦員工彭盛韶的交保裁定，改為諭知限制住居。彭男約在晚間9時離開北檢。
