房客有自己的書桌椅與衣櫃
不與房東同住，房東人很好溝通，且房子內外設有多支CCTV camera，安全性極佳
位於於靜街，環境整齊清潔，設備新，採光明亮

走路2分鐘到ASHFIELD火車站和公車站
出門5分鐘到各大商場, Woolworth,Kmart,Coles…….
皆有郵局、藥妝店、圖書館、亞洲超市、蔬果店、肉店及海鮮店、餐館林立，生活機能相當便利!!
坐火車10分鐘到雪梨市區

屬於自己的房間只要$210/week (價格可以再討論) 也可兩人入住
因本人12/5回台灣六周，可短租(12/5-1/16)也可以長租
