中央大學經濟系教授徐之強今(15)日表示，中韓簽訂FTA(自由貿易協定)後，中國大陸的經濟每多成長1個百分點，台灣經濟成長最多將因此受害0.6個百分點，且中國大陸與台灣也將從目前的經濟互補角色，在中韓FTA正式運作後，將成為競爭對手。

國泰台大產學合作團隊今日發布最新經濟預測指出，在民眾經濟信心仍弱、實質薪資未見明顯改善、中韓 FTA 簽訂、日圓大幅貶值以及2016選舉因素的影響下，預測明(2015)年經濟成長率為3.22%，低於行政院主計總處預測的3.50%。

徐之強指出，年第1季中的2月、3月的經濟氣候出現「陰」的機率超過30%，且GDP(國內生產毛額)季增率約0.9%，顯示成長動能趨緩，是值得注意的。

至於影響2015年經濟成長的關鍵因素包括：(1) 歐元區復甦是否依舊不如預期及通縮疑慮是否擴散；(2)美國QE退場後，聯準會是否會提前升息及升息的幅度與速度；(3) 中國大陸是否再度降息或降準，並配合微刺激及定向寬鬆政策來拉動經濟；(4)台灣在新政治生態下的經濟政策不確定性，以及央行是否會提早升息。
