桃縣衛生局追查 芊鑫下游業者

台南芊鑫實業社所販售的芊鑫豆製品乳化劑，涉嫌違法添加二甲基黃，桃園衛生局追查芊鑫實業社下游廠商，發現縣內業者「林三奇」及「瑋順行」，也都向芊鑫購入問題乳化劑。

桃園衛生局食品藥物管理科長劉麗文表示，林三奇及瑋順行這兩家下游業者，向芊鑫實業社進貨共91.5箱的芊鑫豆製品乳化劑，衛生局除要求業者停止販售，並要業者立即通知下游客戶，停止使用及辦理回收。

二甲基黃非食藥署核准使用的色素，依據食安法第15條第1項第10款規定，食品添加未經經許可的添加物，不得製造、販賣、公開陳列，違者依同法第44條處6萬至5千萬元罰緩，另依同法第49條可處5年以下有期徒刑，併科800萬元以下罰金，劉麗文說，如果在10日後仍使用違規食品添加物製造相關產品，將裁處6萬至2億元罰鍰。
