桃縣衛生局查扣　芊鑫致癌乳化劑1830公斤

針對臺南市芊鑫實業社販售之「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」經衛生福利部食品藥物管理署檢出含有違法色素二甲基黃(dimethyl yellow)，桃園縣衛生局今天到芊鑫的二家下游廠商稽查，共查扣芊鑫豆製品乳化劑共計91.5箱（每箱20公斤，共1830公斤），除要求業者停止販售並立即通知其下游客戶停止使用及辦理回收。

衛生局也呼籲豆製品業者如有使用「芊鑫豆製品乳化劑」，應立即停用退回原購買廠商，並落實向衛生局自主通報，通報內容包含製成產品品名、規格、批號與有效日期及數量等資訊。（張沛森／桃園報導）
