台灣區工具機暨零組件工業同業公會理事長、上銀科技董事長卓永財表示，俄羅斯盧布重貶，對台灣工具機產業不會有影響。

外電報導，市場經濟師預期，俄羅斯央行祭出緊急升息，未能遏止盧布自1998年以來最大貶幅，恐擴大干預，再砸下近1/6的外匯儲備，救盧布匯價。

俄國央行本月調高利率750個基點，並投入800億美元干預匯市，仍救不了盧布，盧布兌美元貶破80盧布兌1美元的歷史新低。

觀察盧布重貶對台灣工具機產業影響，卓永財指出，盧布重貶，對台灣工具機產業不會有影響。

卓永財表示，俄羅斯盧布貶值，等於進口貨換成盧布後變貴，「大家的情況都一樣」，在俄羅斯全球工具機廠商的競爭態勢沒有改變。

從俄羅斯工具機角度來看，卓永財指出，俄羅斯本身工具機工業相對不發達，沒有辦法造成進口替代作用。

從台灣工具機角度來看，卓永財表示，台灣工具機產品性價比高，價格比德國和日本的相對低一些。俄羅斯盧布重貶，可造成價差更拉大。

根據市調機構調查，今年前7月俄羅斯是台灣第8大出口地區，占台灣工具機出口金額比重約2.6%。(中央社)
