【徐毓莉／台北報導】威力彩頭彩連18摃，加上台灣彩券上月的感恩加碼3億元，下午頭彩已累積10.9億元，台灣彩券表示，由於今天上午天氣不錯，原上看11.6億元，今晚頭彩上修到11.8億元，威力彩第2區包牌也成長約3成。

台灣彩券下午舉辦7年回顧記者會，董事長薛香川說，台彩7年來中獎人捐贈共達28.4億元，幫助全台逾310萬人次的弱勢族群，並期許下接下來10年經營期間的中獎人捐款勸募目標50億元。

台彩總經理黃志宜今分享一名中獎人故事，他表示，有名中獎人在屏東中大樂透頭獎2.5億元，是自選號中獎，結果領獎時也寫8個號碼給他，對完獎後中4千多元，剛好威力彩連摃，包了1600元包牌，剩下金額之後再繼續買。
