應該是殯葬業或保險業的廣告影片，
內容是有一個老婆婆的夢想是開冰店，
可是她最後進了醫院再也沒出來....

印象中，葬禮上有孫女給她拍了冰淇淋的照片
(這有點沒印象)

大約有三段，都是說一個人的夢想怎樣，但最後沒有完成~
