首波鮮乳稽查行動明展開　鎖定20家鮮乳廠

【蔡明樺／台北報導】行政院食品聯合稽查啟動！衛福部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美今宣布，明起展開首波鮮乳聯合稽查行動，鎖定全台20家鮮乳工廠，稽查生乳庫儲存溫度和製程是否符合衛生規定，也會採樣生乳、鮮乳檢體，檢驗動物用藥殘留，月底前會提交鮮乳工廠檢驗結果，供民眾選購參考，下月底農曆春節將至，食藥署預告下波聯合稽查鎖定年節食品。

行政院長江宜樺1日在全國食品安全會議上宣布，未來1年將針對柴米油鹽等民生物資全面稽查，包括食用油、醬油、鮮乳、茶葉、蜂蜜、食米、年節食品、雞蛋、團購美食、素食摻葷、麵包、蔬果汁和有機食品等13項民生物資，若《食品衛生管理法》修法通過，食品摻偽假冒罰款上限將從目前3千萬元提高至5千萬元，違法刑責則從3年以下有期徒刑加重為5年以下。
