打火機燒警蒐證用手機　2兄弟妨害公務起訴

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣劉姓、陳姓2兄弟，今年3月到一家卡拉OK店喝酒唱歌時，雙方發生爭執相互叫囂並嗆聲，店家擔心起衝突報警處理。蘇澳警分局2名警員據報前往處理。

弟弟陳男不爽警員持手機攝影蒐證，竟點燃打火機燒烤手機鏡頭，警員制止無效，欲將陳男帶回警所，劉男見狀，上前攔阻，致2警手腳扭傷、瘀血，鬧事襲警的2兄最後被制伏帶回警局偵訊。

2兄弟酒醒後，後悔不已，頻頻道歉，警員對於兄弟倆的攻擊行為選擇不予計較，未提傷害告訴，但2兄弟妨害公務犯行屬公訴罪，今天仍被宜蘭地檢署提起公訴。
