日月光若不法 經長支持從嚴處理

日月光涉嫌排放廢水事件，經濟部長張家祝今天表示，若查到任何不法事實，皆支持依相關法規從嚴處理。

立法院經濟委員會今天審查103年度經濟部水利署及加工處、地調所、能源局、工業局、貿易局、標檢局、智慧局、中企處等單位預算。

張家祝會前受訪時指出，日月光如果查到任何不法事實，經濟部絕對支持按照相關法令從嚴處理。

至於外界質疑日月光過去享有政府給予的租稅或相關優惠，張家祝澄清，日月光依照產創條例享有研發抵減，過去幾年約新台幣2、3億元，但並無任何租稅優惠。

媒體詢及，是否追回其優惠？張家祝表示，由於日月光是依照產創條例享有研發抵減，因此還需修法。
